rinsed and trimmed

sour cream

corn flakes
finely crushed

Italian-style seasoning

butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lightly greasing.
In a shallow plate, add corn flakes crumbs, and Italian seasoning.
Using paper towels, pat chicken dry.
Coat the chicken with sour cream generously on all sides.
Place chicken in corn flakes crumbs and coat all sides.
In the prepared baking dish, place the chicken.
Drizzle melted butter on chicken.
In preheated oven, bake 1 hour.
