Slow Cooker Baked Chicken Recipe. A super easy dinner recipe that's perfect for summer meals when you don't want to turn on the oven. This simple recipe is a family favorite.
Prepare a slow cooker by making 3 or 4 - 4" balls of aluminum foil and putting them in the bottom to act as a lift for the chicken.
Prepare the chicken by running cold water over the outside, and inside of the chicken.
Using paper towels, pat the chicken dry.
Using paprika, salt, and pepper, season the chicken.
Place prepared chicken in the slow cooker.
Turn the slow cooker to HIGH heat for 1 hour.
Reduce the heat to LOW for 8 - 10 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked, the juices run clear, and the chicken at the thickest part is no longer pink.

*Note: You can as fresh rosemary, as I did as seen in the photo, but I actually prefer this version without it.
