cocoa powder

fresh zucchini
grated

chopped walnuts

chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F
Prepare a 9x13 baking pan by greasing and flouring.
In a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer, cream together butter, sugar, and vegetable oil.
Add eggs one at a time, buttermilk, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and zucchini. Beat on LOW to combine.
By hand, fold in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
In the prepared baking pan, add the batter. Spread to an even layer
In preheated oven, bake approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Place cake pan on a cooling rack to cool.
When cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
