brown sugar

apple juice

brown spicy mustard

cinnamon

pork tenderloin

tsp
poultry seasoning

bacon
Instructions
For the Glaze
In a saucepan, add brown sugar, apple juice, spicy mustard, and cinnamon.
Over medium/high heat, cook and stir until it comes to a boil
Remove from heat and set aside for later
For the Pork
Preheat oven to 400° F
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lining with aluminum foil, and spraying foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Trim the fat off of pork.
Rub the pork with the poultry seasoning.
Wrap the pork with the bacon.
Place the pork in the prepared baking dish.
In preheated oven, bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest area of the pork reads 150°
Brush the pork with the prepared glaze generously.
Bake additional 10 minutes or until the instant-read thermometer reads 160°
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
