Instructions
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and hot chili sauce to create a coating mixture.
Coat the shrimp with cornstarch.
Deep fry the shrimp in hot oil until lightly browned.
Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Transfer the fried shrimp to a bowl.
Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat.
Serve the shrimp while it's still warm.
