Take each chicken breast and dip it first in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer. If there is any remaining bread crumb mixture, sprinkle it over the chicken breasts.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear when the chicken is cut into.
