Ingredients

baking powder

salt

eggs

strong brewed coffee
1
cup
buttermilk

vegetable oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour either two 9-inch round cake pans or one 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Create a well in the center of the mixture.
Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla into the well.
Beat the mixture on medium speed for 2 minutes. The batter will be thin.
Pour it into the prepared pans.
In preheated oven, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans and placing on a wire rack.
Frost if desired.
