chopped walnuts

seedless red grapes
halved

Granny Smith apple
cored and cubed

chopped red onion

dried cranberries

cooked rotisserie chicken breasts
cubed

cup
vanilla yogurt

mayonnaise

teaspoons
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 325° F
On a baking sheet, place walnuts and spread to a single layer.
In preheated oven, roast walnuts for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned and fragrant.
Set aside to cool.
In a salad bowl, add grapes, apple, red onion, cranberries, walnuts, and chicken. Toss lightly.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Using a wire whisk, whisk dressing to mix well.
Pour the prepared yogurt dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
