refrigerated biscuits
10 biscuits
⅓
cup
sugar
oil
for frying
Instructions
In a small bowl, add sugar and set aside for later.
In a deep fryer, or a large skillet, add a few inches of oil
Heat the oil until it reaches 350° F
Open biscuits and separate.
Carefully add a few biscuits to the hot oil and cook until bottom is golden brown.
Flip biscuits and continue frying until the other side is golden brown.
Transfer fried biscuits to paper towels to drain oil.
Repeat with the rest of the biscuits.
One at a time, place donuts in sugar, flip to coat all sides.
