Honey Sriracha Glaze:

sriracha sauce
⅓

honey

seasoned rice vinegar

sesame oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over the wings and toss to coat.
Add the remaining seasoning mix and toss again until wings are evenly coated.
Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for another 20 minutes.
Turn wings again and bake for 15 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
In a clean bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Transfer hot wings to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over the wings and toss until fully coated.
Place wings on a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
