cooked lobster meat

chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Toast the hot dog buns.
Spread softened butter on the insides of the toasted buns.
Place a lettuce leaf inside each bun. Set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, lime juice, dash of hot pepper sauce, and salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Using a wire whisk, mix well until everything is blended.
Add the chopped green onions and finely chopped celery to the bowl.
Using a spoon, mix the onions and celery into the mayonnaise mixture.
Add the cubed lobster meat to the bowl.
Gently fold the lobster into the mixture until it is just coated.
Stuff the lobster mixture into the prepared buns.
Sprinkle a pinch of chopped fresh parsley on top of each stuffed bun.
