Instructions
Place the cubed avocados into a blender.
Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, brown sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon into the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the pudding to a container with a lid.
Refrigerate the pudding for about 30 minutes or until chilled.
Notes
For Vegan Version
: Make sure your brown sugar is certified vegan. Some brown sugars are processed with bone char, so look for vegan-friendly options.
