Quick and Easy Fried Ravioli Recipe. This quick and easy dish is ready in just 25 minutes. It makes a great appetizer, or dinner, and it's also great for Game Day! Serve with your favorite Marinara sauce for dipping.
In a Ziploc bag, add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Seal and shake to mix.
In a shallow dish, add milk and eggs. Whisk together.
Place ravioli in the egg mix, then in the Ziploc bag. Seal bag and lightly shake to coat.
Place a large frying pan over medium heat.
In the skillet, add vegetable oil.
Carefully place coated ravioli in the frying pan in a single layer (you will need to do batches). Fry approximately 2 - 3 minutes, flip, and fry another 2 - 3 minutes or until the center of the ravioli is heated through, and the outside is crispy and browned.
