  • In a Ziploc bag, add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Seal and shake to mix.
  • In a shallow dish, add milk and eggs. Whisk together.
  • Place ravioli in the egg mix, then in the Ziploc bag. Seal bag and lightly shake to coat.
  • Place a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • In the skillet, add vegetable oil.
  • Carefully place coated ravioli in the frying pan in a single layer (you will need to do batches). Fry approximately 2 – 3 minutes, flip, and fry another 2 – 3 minutes or until the center of the ravioli is heated through, and the outside is crispy and browned.

Notes

Optional: Serve with your favorite Marinara sauce for dipping.
