Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned beef in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's browned.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.
Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir everything together until it's well mixed.
Add the cabbage to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
Serve the dish over rice, topped with a bit of sour cream.
