Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring it to a boil.
Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is tender but still firm.
Drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, Mexican-style corn, chopped green chilies, sliced black olives, sliced tomatoes, minced onion, Italian-style salad dressing, shredded Mexican cheese blend, taco seasoning mix, and the juice of half a lime.
Chop some fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl.
Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.
Gently stir all the ingredients together until well mixed.
