Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Lightly grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet or round cake pan.

Add milk, vegetable oil, and egg to the dry mixture.
Whisk until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared skillet or pan.
