Instructions
Begin by preheating your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare a 9x12-inch foil pan and apply a light coating of cooking spray to grease it
In a separate bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
Position the zucchini halves in the greased foil pan.
Using a brush, apply the butter mixture to each zucchini slice.
Evenly distribute Parmesan cheese over the buttered zucchini slices.
Place the foil pan on the preheated grill.
Allow zucchini to cook until the cheese has melted and the zucchini reaches desired tenderness, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
