active dry yeast

vegetable oil
plus more for greasing pans

Instructions
Prepare a flat surface by flouring
In a large mixing bowl, add warm water, and sugar. Allow sugar to dissolve.
Stir in active dry yeast. Let proof until the yeast looks like foam.
Add in salt and vegetable oil. Stir to mix.
Add in one cup of flour, stir to mix, add in another cup, stir to mix, repeat for the other 4 cups.
On prepared surface, turn out dough, and knead until smooth.
Oil the inside of a mixing bowl, and dough, and turn to coat.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth, and let rise approximately 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Oil the inside of 2 - 9x5 inch loaf pans. Set aside for later.
Punch down the dough, and knead for 2 to 3 minutes.
Divide the dough in half.
Shape the dough into loaf shape, and place in prepared loaf pans.
Let dough rise for approximately 30 minutes, or until the dough is approximately 1 inch higher than the pan.
In the meantime, preheat oven to 350° F
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
