French rolls or hamburger buns
Instructions
In a large bowl, add ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard.
Mix to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to high heat.
Gently form the burger mixture into about 12 patties.
Oil the grill grate.
Place the patties on the grill.
Grill the patties for 5 minutes on one side.
Flip the patties and grill for another 5 minutes, or until well done.
Serve the patties on the French rolls or hamburger buns.
