Instructions
In a large pan, heat butter over medium heat.
Add onions and celery to the pan. Cook them until they're soft.
Stir in the flour and keep stirring until smooth.
Gradually pour in the milk and broth, mixing continuously.
Add the chicken, wing sauce, cheese, cayenne, more celery, and garlic salt.
Cook over low heat. Keep stirring now and then, until the cheese melts.
