1 tbsp instant coffee
3 eggs
1 tbsp Hershey chocolate syrup
1 pint whipping cream
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
18-20 ozs Irish whiskey

Instructions

Dissolve the coffee in 1 oz of very hot water.
In a blender, add the eggs, chocolate, whipping cream, condensed milk, and whiskey.
Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large container.
Place the container in the refrigerator to store.

Notes

Homemade Irish cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Make sure to shake the container well before each use as some separation may occur.
