Enjoy Copycat Taco Bell Chicken Quesadillas at home with grilled chicken, melted cheese, and a creamy, spicy sauce. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add ¼ cup of mayonnaise.
Add minced jalapeno pepper, ¾ teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of ground cumin, ½ teaspoon of paprika, ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder, and a dash of salt.
Using a wire whisk, mix well until smooth.
Set the sauce aside.
For the Quesadillas
Grill 4 chicken tenders.
Cut the grilled chicken into thin slices.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place one flour tortilla in the hot skillet.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese on one side of the tortilla.
Place ½ slice of American cheese on top of the shredded cheese
Arrange ¼ cup of chicken slices over the cheese.
Spread about one tablespoon of sauce on the empty side of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla over and press gently with a spatula.
