(8½ ounce) 8-inch flour tortillas

ground beef

taco seasoning
1
can
(10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1
can
(10 ounces) enchilada sauce
1
can
(15 ounce) refried beans
warmed
1
package
(8 ounce) Mexican blend cheese
2
green onions
chopped
Instructions
Cook ground beef according to the taco seasoning package directions.
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet to 375°F.
Place a flour tortilla in the skillet and cook for 30-45 seconds until golden brown.
Drain the tortilla on paper towels.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each tortilla.
Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of warm refried beans on the tortilla.
Add a layer of the cooked taco meat mixture on top of the beans.
Place another tortilla on top of the meat mixture.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top tortilla.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes and green chiles over the sauce.
Top with Mexican blend cheese.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
Place the assembled Mexican pizzas on a cookie sheet.
Broil in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Cut each pizza into fourths.
Serve immediately.
