Using your hands, mix everything together until well combined.
Press the mixture into a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan, spreading it evenly.
Prick holes through the chuck mixture with a fork for ventilation.
Place the pan in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the mixture is browned and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160°F
Remove the pan from the oven and drain any excess grease.
Cut the cooked chuck mixture into squares the size of the dinner rolls.
