peeled, pitted, and cubed

Instructions
Place the peeled eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Using a fork, mash the eggs until they are broken up.
Add the cubed avocados, minced red onion, chopped sweet pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
Using a fork or spoon, gently smash and mix the ingredients until well blended.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir gently to combine all the ingredients evenly
