vanilla low-fat yogurt

heavy cream
½
cup
fat free milk
¼
cup
cherry concentrate

frozen dark sweet cherries
½
cup
sugar

teaspoon
almond extract
pinch
salt
Instructions
Put cream, yogurt, milk, and cherry concentrate into a blender.
Add cherries, sugar, almond extract, and salt.
Blend everything until you only see small bits of cherries left.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
Follow the instructions that came with the ice cream maker and freeze the mixture for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the ice cream and put it in a container that can be sealed tightly.
Freeze for around 4 hours until it becomes firm.
