Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, hot water, seasoning, and chopped garlic.
Add chicken strips and shrimp to the bowl. Mix them in.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge. Leave it there for at least 30 minutes.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add garlic and bacon bits to the saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring a lot.
Now, add flour, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, milk, pepper, and salt to the saucepan.
Use a whisk to mix everything in the saucepan really well.
Bring the saucepan mixture to a boil, then turn down the heat and let it simmer.
In another bowl, mix Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, panko, chopped garlic, melted butter, and chopped parsley.
Heat a large skillet.
Put the marinated chicken and shrimp in the skillet. Add red peppers and bacon bits.
Cook everything in the skillet for 3 minutes, or until the chicken is 165ºF inside and the shrimp is 155ºF
Add the sauce to the skillet and stir everything together.
Place cooked pasta on a large serving platter.
Put the chicken, shrimp, and sauce mixture on top of the pasta.
Make sure the mixture is spread out evenly.
Put the platter in the oven and cook until the top turns golden brown.
Take it out of the oven and serve it right away.
