(14½ ounce) whole tomatoes with juice

Instructions
Place jalapenos and onions in a food processor.
Process them for a few seconds.
Add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin to the processor.
Blend these ingredients well, but avoid making it into a puree.
Transfer the mixture to an air-tight container and refrigerate.
Serve chilled with corn tortilla chips.
