Ingredients
  

  • 4 teaspoon jalapeno pepper diced
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • 1 can (14½ ounce) tomatoes with green chile peppers drained
  • 1 can (14½ ounce) whole tomatoes with juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • Place jalapenos and onions in a food processor.
  • Process them for a few seconds.
  • Add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin to the processor.
  • Blend these ingredients well, but avoid making it into a puree.
  • Transfer the mixture to an air-tight container and refrigerate.
