Easy Popeye's 7-Up Biscuits Copycat

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup sprite
  • melted butter to taste for topping

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and sour cream.
  3. Using a pastry blender, combine
  4. Mix in the Sprite
  5. On a floured surface, turn out the dough.
  6. Flour your hands, and lightly pat out the dough. Don’t overwork the dough or the biscuits will be tough.
  7. Using a knife, cut out the biscuits
  8. On an ungreased cookie sheet, place biscuits approx 2 inches apart.
  9. In preheated oven, bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter.
