Baked Brown Sugar Apple Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup margarine
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by greasing lightly.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface.
- Using a spoon, place even amounts of apple pie filling off center of the middle of each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas around the filling and in prepared baking pan, place seam side down
- In a medium sized saucepan, add water, margarine, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Place over medium/high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer while stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
- Spoon sauce on top of tortillas.
- Sprinkle tops with cinnamon
- In preheated oven, bake 20 minutes
- Serve warm
