Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by greasing lightly.
  • Lay out tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Using a spoon, place even amounts of apple pie filling off center of the middle of each tortilla.
  • Roll tortillas around the filling and in prepared baking pan, place seam side down
  • In a medium sized saucepan, add water, margarine, sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Place over medium/high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer while stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  • Spoon sauce on top of tortillas.
  • Sprinkle tops with cinnamon
  • In preheated oven, bake 20 minutes
  • Serve warm

Notes

NOTE: If you love cinnamon and brown sugar, feel free to add more to taste.
