  • Preheat the oven at 325° F
  • On a baking sheet, place walnuts and spread to a single layer.
  • In preheated oven, roast walnuts for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned and fragrant.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • In a salad bowl, add grapes, apple, red onion, cranberries, walnuts, and chicken. Toss lightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  • Using a wire whisk, whisk dressing to mix well.
  • Pour the prepared yogurt dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
