Cheesy Lasagna Soup

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 can 15 ounce tomato sauce (15 ounce) each
  • 2 can chicken broth (14 ounce) each
  • 2 can 14 ounce diced tomatoes (14 ounce) each
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups lasagna noodles broken
  • 4 oz italian seasoned croutons (optional)
  • 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded

How to make:

  1. In a large saucepan, add onion and ground beef, Brown.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix.
  4. Bring mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Stir-in noodle pieces.
  6. Simmer approx 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  7. Add in parmesan Cheese. Stir to mix.
  8. To serve, top with croutons and mozzarella cheese.
