- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1¼ cups low-fat milk
- 8 drops green food coloring
- ¼ tsp mint extract (mint, not peppermint)
- Whipped Topping (Optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, add vanilla ice cream, low-fat milk, green food coloring, and mint extract.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour equal amounts into 2 – 12 ounce glasses.
- Top with whipped topping if desired.
- Serve immediately.
