Baked Chicken with Corn Flakes Crust
Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts rinsed and trimmed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups corn flakes finely crushed
- 1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
- 6 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by lightly greasing.
- In a shallow plate, add corn flakes crumbs, and Italian seasoning.
- Using paper towels, pat chicken dry.
- Coat the chicken with sour cream generously on all sides.
- Place chicken in corn flakes crumbs and coat all sides.
- In the prepared baking dish, place the chicken.
- Drizzle melted butter on chicken.
- In preheated oven, bake 1 hour.
