How to make

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Using kitchen twine, tie roast every 3 inches.
  3. Put roast beef in roasting pan.
  4. Season roast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. In preheated oven and cook uncovered for 60 minutes, or 20 minutes per pound.
  6. Take out of oven and using aluminum foil, create a tent to cover loosely.
  7. Allow Roast Beef to rest for 15 – 20 minutes before carving.
