Fried Chinese Buffet Donuts
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add sugar and set aside for later.
- In a deep fryer, or a large skillet, add a few inches of oil
- Heat the oil until it reaches 350° F
- Open biscuits and separate.
- Carefully add a few biscuits to the hot oil and cook until bottom is golden brown.
- Flip biscuits and continue frying until the other side is golden brown.
- Transfer fried biscuits to paper towels to drain oil.
- Repeat with the rest of the biscuits.
- One at a time, place donuts in sugar, flip to coat all sides.
