Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° F
In an ungreased 9×13 inch cake pan, Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, and salt.
Add in vegetable oil, vanilla, vinegar, and water.
Stir until ingredients are just blended.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
