Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds red potatoes cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt divided
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F
- Place red potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Add olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of the sea salt, and the pepper. Toss to coat
- In preheated oven, cook 20 to 30 minutes, o until the red potatoes start to brown.
- Take the pan out of the oven and season potatoes with ½ teaspoon of sea salt, and the rosemary.
- Place back in the oven and roast approximately 5 to 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
