How to make Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F
  2. Place red potatoes on a baking sheet.
  3. Add olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of the sea salt, and the pepper. Toss to coat
  4. In preheated oven, cook 20 to 30 minutes, o until the red potatoes start to brown.
  5. Take the pan out of the oven and season potatoes with ½ teaspoon of sea salt, and the rosemary.
  6. Place back in the oven and roast approximately 5 to 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
