  • 16 slices white bread
  • ¾ pounds ham sliced
  • ¾ pounds cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 6 large eggs
  • cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (your choice)
