Easy Twice Baked Potatoes
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 4 slices bacon crisp and crumbled (or 1 c. real bacon bits)
- Cook the potatoes until they are done by microwaving them or baking them in an oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
