Sausage Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

- 2 cups whole grain elbow macaroni

- 3 tablespoon butter

- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 8 ounces American cheese cubed
- 1 link Smoked or three-cheese Italian style sausage quartered and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Using a colander, drain the pasta.
- Combine panko, parsley, and olive oil in a bowl.
