  • 2 cups whole grain elbow macaroni

  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 8 ounces American cheese cubed
  • 1 link Smoked or three-cheese Italian style sausage quartered and sliced


  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Cook macaroni according to package directions.
