Grilled Banana Peanut Butter Sandwich
Ingredients
- non-stick cooking spray
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 banana sliced
Instructions
- Heat a griddle or skillet to medium heat.
- Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
- Using a knife, spread a tablespoon of peanut butter on one slice of bread, repeat for the other slice of bread
- Arrange banana slices on one of the slices of bread
- Place the other slice of bread, peanut butter side down, on top of the bananas
- Place sandwich on preheated griddle, and cook approx 2 minutes or until the bottom side of the sandwich is golden brown.
- Using a spatula, flip the sandwich, and cook the other side until the bottom is golden brown.
