  • Place a large pot filled with lightly salted water over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil.
  • Add potatoes, chicken bouillon, and garlic.
  • Cook approximately 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender yet still firm.
  • Using a colander, drain water off of potatoes, reserving water.
  • In a mixing bowl, add potatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream. Using a potato masher, mash together.
  • Add in reserved water to get the consistency you would like.
  • In a slow cooker, add the potatoes.
  • Set to LOW setting and cook 2 to 3 hours.
  • For serving, add butter and stir to mix. Season with salt and pepper
